1.1 About us This website is operated by Sherkit Al Yarmouk Lidaret Al Mojamaat wl Makateb ("Bldr Space", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Jordan (VAT No. 14131501), with its registered office at 33 Mecca Street, Amman, Jordan 11118. Bldr Space operates coworking locations in Mecca Street, Swefieh Village, and Weibdeh.

1.2 Acceptance By using this website, creating an account on our members portal, booking a space, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Service Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our services.

1.3 Our services Through this website and the members portal you may purchase or book: memberships (hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices, team plans), day, weekly and monthly passes, meeting room and phone booth bookings, event and open-space bookings, virtual office and vocational license services, and related add-ons such as catering and printing. Availability, capacity, and features are described on the relevant product or offer page.

1.4 Accounts and bookings Some services require a member account on members.thebldr.space. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and booking. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any booking where information is inaccurate, where capacity is exceeded, or where these Terms or our house rules are breached.

1.5 Prices and payment All prices are shown in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and, unless stated otherwise on the product page, include applicable Sales Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate. Online payments are processed securely by our payment gateway (MEPS) using Visa and Mastercard. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your booking or membership is confirmed once payment is successfully authorised and you receive a confirmation from us or the members portal.

1.6 Member conduct and house rules Use of our physical spaces is subject to our house rules, including 24/7 access rules, security and access-control requirements, noise and shared-space etiquette, and prohibited activities (for example, no smoking, vaping, or IQOS inside the space). Members are responsible for any damage caused during their access. Breaching these rules may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.

1.7 Liability While CCTV is in place, we are not responsible for personal valuables left unattended in the space; items can be secured at reception on request. To the fullest extent permitted by Jordanian law, our total liability arising from any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

1.8 Intellectual property All content on this website — including text, logos, images, and the Bldr Space brand — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

1.9 Changes We may update these Terms, our prices, and our policies from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

1.10 Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.
